You will be involved in Project work so should have an understanding of the full project lifecycle. Acting as a technical resource to projects, be involved in design, design review, testing and implementation of the project as well as knowledge transfer to other members of Document Management Systems team. You will be involved in multiple teams and user groups. Responsibilities will include Documentum products installation, upgrades and trouble-shooting. You will also be involved in 3rd line support for Documentum and related technologies including support and administration of Documentum and other technologies.
