They have seen a huge increase in the need for Management information and new Cognos reporting solutions. The growing number of new Cognos users means your skills and expertise will be called upon more and more throughout your time there. You will be involved with the initial requirement definition and support the testing of data and will then assist the new users with the acceptance into live. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be involved with the various support levels to the Cognos users and will liaise with different departments to resolve these issues. A key responsibility will be collaborating with different areas of the business to help develop their Business Intelligence strategy. In addition to the above any previous experience of any WEB based projects would also be an advantage.
