It is also required that the Test Manager has a good understanding or experience working within a Finance function. Ideally the Test Manager will be a full/part qualified Accountant. An understanding of ERP financials (SAP and Oracle) will put the Test Manager in a hugely advantageous position - as well as a focus on GL work.
