3.1 Employers and Agencies (the ‘Employer’) may use the Website to advertise jobs and to search the CV database. The charges for this service are as posted on the Website from time to time or as otherwise notified by the Company to the Employer from time to time.

3.2 The Company may post details of jobs provided by Employers to the Website but you agree that the content of the job details posted are the sole responsibility of the Employer and it is the sole responsibility of the Employer to change or edit the information which the Company or the Employer posts on the Website as appropriate and in line with the rest of these terms and conditions and the Company has no liability to Candidates or Employers for the accuracy of any information posted by it or the Employer on the Website.

3.3 Candidates may use the Website to post their CVs and to search the job database. The Company reserves the right to modify, adapt or reword CVs posted by candidates as it sees fit. The Company shall have no liability to Candidates or Employers as a result of such modification, nor for the accuracy of any information in CVs posted on the Website or otherwise provided to Employers.

3.4 The Company reserves the right to withdraw the services provided at any time without notice. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny users access to the Website without notice and to decline to provide the service to any user that is in breach of these terms and conditions of use or for any reason whatsoever.

4. Service access

4.1 While the Company endeavours to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, the Company shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4.2 Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company's control.
